Need to make a change to your order?

We understand that sometimes you may like to make changes or cancellations after placing an order.  Unfortunately, we are typically unable to make amendments to an order after it has been placed. 

While we’ll always do our best to help, our warehouse teams are located in Sydney, Australia, and California, USA, while our head office is in Perth, Australia. Because of the time difference and our fast turnaround, there’s only a short window for our Customer Service team to receive and process order amendments before your order is picked, packed, and on its way to you.

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible via the contact box below if you would like to:

  • Add or remove an item
  • Change the colour or style of a product
  • Update your contact details (such as delivery address)
  • Cancel your order

Please note, if you've contacted us during a peak period (such as a sale), increased volumes make it less likely that we will be able to assist with making changes to orders.

If your order hasn’t yet been processed by our warehouse, we’ll confirm whether the change is possible.

All offerings and discussions with customer service are based on availability and prices at the date/time of the email and can change without notice.

Already received your tracking details via email?

If your order has already been processed and shipped, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations at that stage.  We do accept change of mind returns within 30 days. You can find more information about our returns process HERE.

If you need to update your delivery address, you should be able to request a redirection directly with the courier using your tracking number and we recommend reaching out to the courier as soon as possible to arrange this!
