Need to make a change to your order?

We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes after placing an order!

While we’ll always do our best to assist, our warehouse team is based in Sydney and we’re in Perth, which means there’s only a small window for our customer service team to receive and action change requests before your order is picked, packed, and on its way.

Please note, if you've contacted us during a peak period (such as a sale), increased volumes make it less likely that we will be able to assist with making changes to orders.

That said, if you’ve just placed your order and need to:

  • Add or remove an item
  • Change the colour or style of a product
  • Update your contact details

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible via the contact box below.

If your order hasn’t yet been processed by our warehouse, we’ll confirm whether the change is possible!

If Your Order Has Already Been Dispatched/You have received your tracking details:

If your order has already been processed and shipped, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations at that stage.

That said, we do accept change of mind returns within 30 days. You can find more information about our returns process HERE.
