Cancelling your Order:
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order or place an order by accident!
While we’ll always do our best to assist, our warehouse team is based in Sydney and we’re in Perth, which means there’s only a small window for our customer service team to receive and action cancellation requests before your order is picked, packed, and on its way.
Please note, if you've contacted us during a peak period (such as a sale), increased volumes make it less likely that we will be able to assist with cancelling orders once placed.
If you have just placed your order:
If you’ve just placed your order and would like to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact box below.
If your order hasn’t yet been processed by our warehouse, we’ll do our best to catch it in time and process your cancellation and refund!
If Your Order Has Already Been Dispatched / You’ve Received Tracking Details:
If your order has already been shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel it at that stage.
That said, we do accept change of mind returns within 30 days. You can find more information about our returns process HERE
