<h4 id="what-is-a-pre-order">What is a pre-order?</h4>If a product is listed as on pre-order, it means we&#x2019;re currently awaiting a restock; either the item is currently being hand-crafted, or is on its journey to our warehouse. Pre-orders allow you to secure your piece ahead of time. As many of our best-selling styles tend to sell out quicky, with some even selling out while still on pre-order, it&#x2019;s the best way to make sure you don&#x2019;t miss out once it arrives.<h4 id="when-will-the-pre-ordered-item-arrive">When will the pre ordered item arrive?</h4>You can view the current estimated restock dates for items on pre-order here:&#xA0;<a href="https://alf-the-label.myshopify.com/pages/product-updates" title="Product Updates &amp; Pre-Orders" style=" text-decoration: underline;" id="isPasted">Product Updates and Pre-orders page</a>If only a month is listed for the ETA, it means we&#x2019;re still waiting on a confirmed date due to possible freight or customs delays. If you&apos;d prefer to receive your in-stock items right away, we recommend placing a separate order for them, so you don&#x2019;t have to wait for the pre-ordered piece to arrive.<h4 id="isPasted">Can I have the rest of my order shipped before the pre-order item arrives?</h4>Unfortunately, we are unable to split-ship orders containing pre-ordered items, and the entire order will be shipped together once all items are in stock.
