What is a pre-order?

If an item is listed as pre-order, it means it is either still being hand-crafted or is on its way to one of our warehouses, and we’re waiting on a restock. Pre-ordering secures your piece ahead of time and is a great option for our most popular styles, which often sell out quickly.

When will my pre-order arrive?

Estimated arrival dates are listed on our Pre-orders & Restock Dates page. If only a month is shown, it means we’re still waiting on a confirmed ETA due to potential shipping or customs delays. This page is updated as soon as more information becomes available.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak periods.

What happens if my order includes a pre-order item?

Where in-stock items are purchased together with a pre-order, they may be dispatched separately and delivered ahead of your pre-order, subject to warehouse availability. Please let our team know if you require available items from your order as soon as possible!
