What is a pre-order?
If an item is listed as pre-order, it means the item is being hand-crafted or is on its way to our warehouse, and we’re waiting on a restock. Pre-ordering secures your piece ahead of time - a great option for popular styles that often sell out quickly!

When will my pre-order arrive?
Estimated arrival dates are listed in the Pre-orders & Restock Dates. If only a month is shown, it means we’re awaiting a confirmed date due to possible freight or customs delays. This page will be updated as soon as more details are available.
What happens if my order includes a pre-order item?
Orders containing a pre-order item will be held until all items are ready to dispatch together.
If you’d like your in-stock pieces sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
Can I have the rest of my order shipped first?
We’re not typically able to split-ship pre-orders, and your full order will be sent once all items are in stock. If you did not realise this when ordering and need the other part of your order urgently, please get in contact with our team below.
