If yours has expired, and you&apos;re still yet to use it on your first Alf the Label purchase, please get in touch with us via the contact box below.<h4 id="code-not-working">Code Not Working?</h4>If your welcome code isn&#x2019;t applying at checkout, here are a few things to check:<ul><li style="font-size: 14px;">Is your cart total over $200 AUD (after discount and before shipping)?</li><li style="font-size: 14px;">Are all items in your cart full-priced?</li><li style="font-size: 14px;">Are you using only one discount code?</li></ul>If everything looks good and the code still isn&#x2019;t working, reach out to our team and we&#x2019;ll take a closer look for you.<h4 id="trying-to-use-the-code-on-gift-sets-or-sale-items">Trying to Use the Code on Gift Sets or Sale Items?</h4>Our welcome discount only applies to full-priced items. Gift sets, bundles, and sale items already have built-in savings, so the welcome code isn&#x2019;t valid for these purchases.<h4 id="can-i-apply-the-code-after-ive-placed-my-order">Can I Apply the Code After I&#x2019;ve Placed My Order?</h4>We&#x2019;re unable to apply discount codes retrospectively.
