We’re so excited to welcome you to Alf the Label! Here’s everything you need to know about receiving and using your welcome code.
What is the Welcome Code?
Our Welcome Code offers $30 AUD off your first purchase and is available to first-time customers only.
To use the code, your order must:
- Be over $200 AUD
- Contain full-priced items only
Please note:
- The code cannot be used with gift sets, bundles, sale items, or other promotional codes
- Your code will expire 7 days after you receive it
- The Welcome Discount is in AUD, and will convert to your local currency when applied at checkout if you are outside of Australia
How to Receive Your Code
To receive your $30 AUD welcome code, simply subscribe to our mailing list. Once you’ve subscribed, your code will be emailed to you. You can subscribe HERE

Didn’t Receive Your Code?
So sorry to hear that! If you've subscribed and the email hasn’t come through within 24hrs, please check your junk or spam folder. If it’s still not there, feel free to reach out to our team via the contact box below, we’ll be happy to share your code details directly.
Code Expired?
Welcome codes are valid for 7 days from the time they're issued. If yours has expired, and you're still yet to use it on your first Alf the Label purchase, please get in touch with us via the contact box below.
Code Not Working?
If your welcome code isn’t applying at checkout, here are a few things to check:
- Is your cart total over $200 AUD (after discount and before shipping)?
- Are all items in your cart full-priced?
- Are you using only one discount code?
If everything looks good and the code still isn’t working, reach out to our team and we’ll take a closer look for you.
Trying to Use the Code on Gift Sets or Sale Items?
Our welcome discount only applies to full-priced items. Gift sets, bundles, and sale items already have built-in savings, so the welcome code isn’t valid for these purchases.
Can I Apply the Code After I’ve Placed My Order?
We’re unable to apply discount codes retrospectively. If you’re having trouble applying a code at checkout, we recommend reaching out to our team before completing your purchase.
Using a Welcome Code During Sale Periods
During site-wide sale events, our welcome code is temporarily disabled, as sale pricing often offers greater savings.
