Reviews Credit - February 2026

  1. Promotion Period & Eligibility: Only Alf the Label customer reviews submitted via Reviews.io between February 12 to 28, 2026, are eligible.
  2. Gift: Each qualifying review earns a $10 account credit, up to a maximum of 5 reviews ($50 total     credit) per customer.
  3. How to Claim: To receive your credit, you must comment on the dedicated post within the Alf Facebook Community and provide your order number or account email, along with a screenshot of your review.
  4. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for credit(s) to be processed and applied.
  5. Credits are awarded for honest feedback, regardless of the star rating (positive or negative). 
  6. Credits are applied directly to your Alf the Label customer account, have no cash value, and are non-transferable.

Instant Win Competition: Grande Carabiner Capsule - February 2026

  1. Promotion Period & Eligibility: The Promotion will be offered during specific time frames and in specific regions, as detailed below.
    1. Promotion 1: United States. Promotion Period: Commences on Monday February 2, 2026 and concludes when all first prizes have been awarded. Eligibility: Open only to residents of the United States.
    2. Promotion 2: Australia. Promotion Period: Commences on Monday February 2, 2026 and concludes when all first prizes have been awarded. Eligibility: Open only to residents of Australia.
  2. Entry Limit. There is a strict limit of one (1) entry per person per promotion. Any individual found to be using multiple email addresses or other methods to submit multiple entries will have all their entries disqualified, and any prize(s) won will be void.
  3. Prizes. First Prizes: There are a maximum of six (6) first prizes to be won for each promotion listed above. Each first prize is one Grande Pouch (Pebbled Leather) in Pecan and one Grande Ripple Carabiner in Gold.

    3. 24-Hour Secret Icon Competition T&Cs - January 2026

  1. Competition Period: Commences 12:00 PM AEDT on Saturday, 24 January 2026 and concludes 11:59 PM AEDT on Monday, 26 January 2026. 
  2. Entry: Limited to one entry per person. To enter, participants must purchase an item from Alf The Label during the competition period and locate the secret icon on the Alf website. Entries that do not meet these requirements will be deemed ineligible. 
  3. Prize: The winner will receive a full refund of their order up to the value of $1,000 AUD. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  4. Winner Notification: Winner will be drawn on Tuesday 27 January 2026 and announced on Alf the Label Instagram stories.
  5. Disqualification: Alf reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its discretion.
  6. Final Decision: Alf’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Eligibility: Competition is open to residents in locations where Alf ships.
  8. Amendments: Alf reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition or these terms at any time without prior notice.

10 Years of Alf Competition – January 2026

  1. Competition commences 4PM AWST on Wednesday 22 January 2026.
  2. Competition concludes 4PM AWST on Thursday 23 January 2026.
  3. Entry is limited to one per person.
  4. To enter, participants must share a photo of their first or oldest Alf bag. Entries that do not meet this requirement will be deemed ineligible.
  5. Prize: $100 AUD Alf Gift Card. Prize is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  6. Winner will be notified via the platform through which they entered.
  7. Alf reserves the right to disqualify entries at its discretion.
  8. Alf’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. Competition is open to residents in locations where Alf ships.
  10. Alf reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition or these terms at any time without prior notice.

Alf the Label x TJ Swim Competition - January 2026

  1. The competition commences at 1:00pm AEST on Thursday, 15 January 2026 and concludes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday, 18 January 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
  2. Entry is via the form linked in Alf the Label’s Instagram bio. Entrants must follow both @alf_thelabel and @tjswim on Instagram. Limit of one (1) entry per person.
  3. Entry is open to Instagram users aged 18 years and over. Proof of age may be required. The competition is open worldwide.
  4. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants release Instagram from all responsibility related to this competition.
  5. One (1) winner will receive a total prize valued at $1,000 AUD, consisting of $500 AUD to shop Alf the Label and $500 AUD to shop TJ Swim. All prizes are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Alf the Label and TJ Swim reserve the right to substitute any prize with an item or voucher of equal or greater value if required.
  6. The winner will be selected at random by the Alf the Label team at 10:00am AWST on Monday, 19 January 2026 and contacted via Instagram direct message and/or email. If no response is received within 48 hours, an alternative winner may be selected. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. By entering, participants grant Alf the Label and TJ Swim permission to use their Instagram handle and/or entry for promotional purposes, including reposting on social media.
  8. By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Alf the Label and TJ Swim. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
  9. Personal information will be used solely for administering the competition and marketing communications, in accordance with each brand’s privacy policy, and will not be shared with third parties outside of this purpose.
  10. Alf the Label and TJ Swim reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, or to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition due to technical issues or circumstances beyond their control.

  4. Discount code is valid for seven (7) days from receipt of the abandoned cart email.
  5. Discount code is not applicable with any other offer including, but not limited to, gift sets, pre-orders, and our bundle and save promotion.
  6. Valid for one use only.

VIP Promotions

  1. The code issued, and qualifying criteria, must be entered at checkout, in a single order, as specified in the email.
  2. Discount code can only be used on items listed in the email, and valid until the date specified in the email.
  3. Discounts are not able to be added retrospectively once purchase has been finalised.
  4. Valid for one use only.
  5. Discount code is not applicable with any other offers or sales, including but not limited to, welcome or bundle + save promotion.
  6. Discount code is only to be used by email recipient and is not transferrable.
  7. Discounts will not apply if all steps are not followed, including but not limited to, adding products to cart, and applying the discount code.
  8. If applicable, the bonus gift(s) must be added to your cart upon checking out to be redeemed and cannot be added post-purchase.
  9. Items cannot be split for return. All items in the "gift with purchase" must be returned unused and in original condition.

Free Shipping Promotion

  1. Any promotion including free shipping is valid on standard shipping only, unless otherwise specified. 
  2. Valid for shipping within Australia only, unless otherwise specified. 

Bundle Promotion 

  1. To take advantage of the bundle offer, you must select the minimum number of products from within the "bundle and save" section. Bundle discounts will not apply if products are added individually and not via the bundle page.
  2. Bundle promotion is not valid with any other offer including the welcome discount.
  3. Items purchased in a bundle cannot be split for return. All items in the bundle must be returned unused and in original condition. 
  4. Items purchased as a part of a "Mystery Bundle" are not eligible for a return.
  5. "Bundle and save" discounts may be turned off during sale periods, or at our discretion, and are only available at limited times.

Gift Sets

  1. Gift Sets are not valid with any other offer, including the welcome discount, unless specified otherwise.
  2. Items in a Gift Set cannot be split for return. All items in the Gift Set must be returned unused and in original condition. 
  3. Gift Sets are only available for a limited time, at our discretion. Strictly while stocks last.
  4. Colours/products are set and unable to be amended or changed.
  5. Prices and savings listed are primarily in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may differ based on your local currency and exchange rate.
  6. Items added individually to cart will not attract the gift set pricing.

Monthly Survey Refund Offer – 2025

  1. Promotion Period: This promotion runs monthly from 12:01 AM AWST on the first day of the month and concludes at 11:59 PM AWST on the last day of the same month.
  2. Offer: One eligible participant will be randomly selected each month to receive a full refund of their order. The winner will be notified directly via the email associated with their order.
  3. Eligibility:
    1. Participants must have placed an order through the official Alf the Label online store (www.alfthelabel.com.au) within the specified monthly promotional period. Orders placed through other stockists or wholesalers are not eligible.
    2. Participants must complete all required questions in the post-purchase survey.
    3. Participants must subscribe to Alf the Label email marketing. Existing subscribers are also eligible.
    4. One survey submission per order is valid.
  4. The winner will be selected randomly using a random number generator. The random selection process will be verified. The winner will be notified directly via the email address associated with their order.
  5. Refund times may vary depending on banks and payment methods. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of winner notification. Participants are responsible for any applicable tax implications.
  6. Alf the Label reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time. Alf the Label is not liable for any technical issues or errors that may affect participation
