Dispatch & Tracking Information

Orders are processed and dispatched from our three global fulfillment centres. At times we may ship from different warehouses to ensure your pieces reach you as quickly as possible. We endeavour to process all orders within 2 business days of order placement, however dispatch may be delayed during peak periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email(s) with your tracking details. If you haven’t received this within 4 business days, we recommend checking your junk or spam folder as it may have landed there.
