Dispatch Location and Processing Times
All orders are processed and shipped on weekdays, and we aim to dispatch within 48 hours.

Orders are fulfilled from our three global fulfilment centres. At times, your items may be shipped from different warehouses to ensure they reach you as quickly as possible.

Please note that during peak periods, such as sales and holidays, dispatch and delivery may take longer than usual.

Lost, Misdelivered, or Delayed Shipments
Alf the Label is not liable for lost or delayed shipments once an order has been shipped. 

Should a parcel be delayed, please contact the postal provider for assistance and reference your tracking number. 

Tracking Updates
Shipping and tracking information will be emailed to you once your item has been dispatched. If you have an enquiry about your order after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number. 

Refused Shipments
If an international order is refused by the customer upon delivery, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us. These costs will come out of any potential refund you may receive due to the returned item and will be deducted from your refund once the parcel is returned to us.
