Dispatch Location and Processing Times Orders are processed and shipped on weekdays within 48 hours. Orders to Australia, New Zealand, and other international destinations are sent from our Sydney, Australia warehouse via Australia Post or DHL Express. Orders to the United States of America and Canada are sent from our California, USA warehouse via domestic couriers.

Should a parcel be delayed, please contact the postal provider for assistance and reference your tracking number.
If a shipment is lost by the postal provider, you will receive a resolution directly from them.
