What is a pre-order?

If a product is listed as on pre-order, it means we’re currently awaiting a restock; either the item is currently being hand-crafted, or is on its journey to our warehouse. Pre-orders allow you to secure your piece ahead of time. As many of our best-selling styles tend to sell out quicky, with some even selling out while still on pre-order, it’s the best way to make sure you don’t miss out once it arrives.

When will the pre ordered item arrive?

If only a month is listed for the ETA, it means we’re still waiting on a confirmed date due to possible freight or customs delays. We’ll keep this updated as more information becomes available.

As a small business in the slow fashion industry, each of our pieces is carefully hand crafted then shipped to us in Australia. We are doing everything we can to get these products to you as quickly as possible!

If only part of my order is on pre-order, will it all arrive together, or separately?

If your order includes both in-stock and a pre-order item(s), we’ll hold everything and ship it all together once the pre-order item arrives. If you'd prefer to receive your in-stock items right away, we recommend placing a separate order for them, so you don’t have to wait for the pre-ordered piece to arrive.

Can I have the rest of my order shipped before the pre-order item arrives?

Unfortunately, we are unable to split-ship orders containing pre-ordered items, and the entire order will be shipped together once all items are in stock.
