We’re proudly a small-batch, slow-fashion company, with each Alf piece handcrafted with care. Because of this, restocks can take a little time, and availability may vary throughout the year. When we have an incoming shipment on the way, select items may be available for pre-order so you can secure your piece ahead of time. Your order will be packed and shipped as soon as the new stock arrives
I’ve placed a pre-order, what happens next?
If your item was listed as pre-order at the time of purchase, it means we’re currently waiting on a restock.
Your piece is either still in production or making its way to us! Pre-ordering secures your item ahead of time, which is especially important for our most popular styles that tend to sell out quickly.
Once your pre-order has arrived and been sent out to you, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email including the tracking details for your parcel.
Pre-orders are dispatched internationally from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia, and from our Californian warehouse for USA and Canadian orders.
When will my pre-order arrive?

If only a month is listed, it means we’re still waiting on a confirmed ETA, as shipping and customs timelines can shift. We’ll continue to update this page as more information becomes available.
Only part of my order is on pre-order. Will it all arrive together or separately?
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll hold the full order and ship it together once the pre-order piece is ready. To avoid delays on future purchases, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.

Delayed Dispatch
Due to high demand, some products may require a little extra time before they leave our warehouse. In these cases, they will be marked as Delayed Dispatch on our website and dispatch may take up to one week.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow its journey to you.
