If you're having trouble locating your Order Confirmation or Invoice for a recent order, here are a few quick steps to help locate it!

Step 1: Check your Junk or Spam folder

Step 2: Confirm that your order was processed

Have a look at your bank account to see if a transaction has gone through. If there’s no payment showing, your order may not have been completed.
