Incorrect Orders
We’re so sorry if something’s not quite right with your order! Our team takes great care in packing every parcel, but if you believe you’ve received the wrong item or something is missing, we’re here to help.
Please follow the steps below, as this will help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Step 1: Double-Check Your Order Confirmation
Start by checking your order confirmation email to ensure the item you’re missing or received incorrectly was included in your order. It's possible the item may not have been added to your cart at checkout.
Step 2: Check Inside Larger Dust Bags
If you’re missing a smaller item, please check inside any larger dust bags or items in your order. Our warehouse team often places smaller pieces inside larger bags to keep them safe during shipping and to prevent accidental disposal.
Step 3: Still Something Missing or Incorrect?
If you’ve reviewed your order confirmation and checked all packaging (including inside bags or dust bags) and still believe your order is incorrect, please get in touch with our customer service team.
To help us look into this for you, please include the following in your email:
- A photo of how your order arrived, including packaging
- A note on what was received and what you believe is missing or incorrect
- Your order number
