Changing your Address:
We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes after placing an order, especially when addresses are automatically input at times!
While we’ll always do our best to assist, our warehouse team is based in Sydney and we’re in Perth, which means there’s only a small window for our customer service team to receive and action change requests before your order is picked, packed, and on its way.
Please note, if you've contacted us during a peak period (such as a sale), increased volumes make it less likely that we will be able to assist with making changes to delivery addresses.
If You Have Just Placed Your Order:
If you’ve just placed your order and noticed that the shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact box below.
If your order hasn’t yet been processed by our warehouse, we’ll do our best to catch it in time and update the address before dispatch!
If Your Order Has Already Been Dispatched / You’ve Received Tracking Details:
If your order has already been shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to make any changes to the delivery address at that stage.
However, you should be able to request a redirection directly with the courier using your tracking number and we recommend reaching out to the courier as soon as possible to arrange this!
