We&#x2019;re not able to accept partial returns from these sets.</li><li style="font-size: 14px;">Returns from Outside Australia - If you&apos;re located outside of Australia, you can only request:<ul style="font-size: initial;"><li style="font-size: 14px;">A&#xA0;refund, or</li><li style="font-size: 14px;">An exchange for the same item in a different colour</li></ul></li></ul><h4 id="return-shipping">Return Shipping</h4>Depending on your location, a pre-paid return label may be generated for you upon lodging your return which will be deducted from your final refund amount.Alternatively, you may be prompted to organise and purchase your own return shipping from a trusted postal carrier, using a tracked service.&#xA0;For customers in the United States, your returns will be sent back to our warehouse in California, USA.For customers in all other regions,&#xA0;your returns will be sent back to our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.<h4 id="import-duties-and-taxes">Import Duties and Taxes</h4>Please note that for change of mind returns, import duties and taxes are non-refundable, as these charges are paid directly to your local customs office and are not collected or retained by Alf the Label. How to track your return and what to expect once it arrives with us, including processing times.

<h4 data-start="90" data-end="270" id="when-to-expect-your-refund-or-exchange">When to expect your Refund or Exchange:</h4>When returning an item as part of a Change of Mind return, we do need to receive the product and confirm it&#x2019;s in original condition before we can process your refund or exchange.Once your parcel arrives at our warehouse, our team aims to processes these within 2-3 business days.To track your return - refer to the tracking details provided with your prepaid label (if you&apos;re located in Australia, New Zealand, the US or Canada).If you&apos;re returning from another region and have purchased your own postage, you can use the tracking number provided by your chosen postal service when lodging the parcel.*Please note that international delivery times can vary between 2-3 weeks.For Refunds: The amount will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, this can take 1 to 5 business days to appear in your accountFor Exchanges: We&#x2019;ll pack your replacement/exchange, and your tracking details will be sent to you by email once it&#x2019;s on the way.For Store Credit: Your Store Credit will be emailed to you as soon your return has return has been received and processed.

<h4 id="isPasted">RETURNS ELIGIBILITY</h4>To return your Alf item, the order must meet the following conditions:<ul><li>The return is processed by the customer within 30 days of receipt of order (No returns will be accepted after the 30-day window has passed)</li><li>The item is returned with proof of purchase </li><li>If the item was purchased as part of a Bundle, Gift Set, or Carabiner Capsule and received the 10% discount, all items purchased must be returned together&#xA0;</li><li>The item was not&#xA0;final sale</li><li>The item is returned in its original condition: unused, unwashed, tags attached, in the protective dust bag, and with any &quot;fill&quot; included</li><li>The item is not a gift voucher</li></ul>Change of Mind Return shipping costs are at the customers expense.Once the item has been returned to us, our team will review the item to ensure it meets the condition for return. Refunds can only be processed back to the original method of payment, this includes gift cards.<h4 id="returns-on-sale-items">RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS</h4>All items purchased on Final Sale are not eligible for change of mind return, unless in the event the item is deemed faulty. For items purchased during a specific sale or promotional period, please refer to the promotion-specific Terms &amp; Conditions to see if your purchase will be eligible for return.&#xA0;&#xA0;<h4 id="prefectly-imperfect-items">PREFECTLY IMPERFECT ITEMS</h4>Perfectly imperfect items are not eligible for return, refund or change of mind, unless the item is found to have a functional fault which was not outlined in the product description.<h4 id="return-label">RETURN LABEL</h4>Depending on your location, a return label will either be generated for you when lodging your return, or you&#x2019;ll be prompted to arrange return shipping directly. You&#x2019;ll be notified of the applicable method during the return process.<h4 id="duties--taxes">DUTIES &amp; TAXES</h4>Please note that any duties or taxes paid at checkout or upon delivery are non-refundable if you choose to return your items.<h4 id="packaging-returns">PACKAGING RETURNS</h4>When packing returns, we ask that you pack your items appropriately in a postage box or original packaging to protect the contents and ensure items are received by Alf the Label in their original condition. Failure to do so may result in damage to the contents and your return unable to be accepted by Alf the Label.&#xA0;<h4 id="lost-or-damaged-return-parcels">LOST OR DAMAGED RETURN PARCELS </h4>Alf the Label is not liable for any lost or damaged packages in transit during the returns process.
