When to expect your Refund or Exchange:
When returning an item as part of a Change of Mind return, we do need to receive the product and confirm it’s in original condition before we can process your refund or exchange.
Once your parcel arrives at our warehouse, our team typically processes returns within 1–2 business days.
To track your return - refer to the tracking details provided with your prepaid label (if you're located in Australia, New Zealand, the US or Canada).
If you're returning from another region and have purchased your own postage, you can use the tracking number provided by your chosen postal service when lodging the parcel.
*Please note that international delivery times can vary between 2-3 weeks.
For Refunds: The amount will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, this can take 1 to 5 business days to appear in your account
For Exchanges: We’ll pack your replacement/exchange, and your tracking details will be sent to you by email once it’s on the way.
For Store Credit: Your Store Credit will be emailed to you as soon your return has return has been received and processed.
