Are you eligible for a Change of Mind return?
We’re happy to accept change of mind returns if:
- Your return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery, and
- The item is not marked as final sale
Your item must be in original, unused condition with all inclusions, tags, and packaging intact. This may include:
- Any straps or connector clips that are a part of the item
- Alf the Label dust bag
- Swing tags
- Paper wrapping
- Poly bag
- Paper filling
Items that have been used, worn, or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted.
Please note that return shipping costs for change of mind returns is at the customer's expense.
Limitations on Returns
Some items may have specific return conditions:
- Bundles, Gift Sets and Carabiner Capsules - Items purchased as part of a bundle or gift set must be returned in full. We’re not able to accept partial returns from these sets.
- Returns from Outside Australia - If you're located outside of Australia, you can only request:
- A refund, or
- An exchange for the same item in a different colour
Return Shipping
Depending on your location, a pre-paid return label may be generated for you upon lodging your return which will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Alternatively, you may be prompted to organise and purchase your own return shipping from a trusted postal carrier, using a tracked service.
For customers in the United States and Canada, your returns will be sent back to our warehouse in California, USA.
For customers in all other regions, your returns will be sent back to our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
Import Duties and Taxes
Please note that for change of mind returns, import duties and taxes are non-refundable, as these charges are paid directly to your local customs office and are not collected or retained by Alf the Label. You’ll find a breakdown of the duties and taxes paid in your original order confirmation email.
Returning a Gift?
No problem! Select “Start a Gift Return” at the link below, this will allow you to enter your own details for any further communication/deliveries.
You’ll need the order number and either the email address or shipping postcode of the original purchaser. If you’re unsure about these details, our customer service team is happy to help, just get in touch via the email box below.
How to Start Your Change of Mind Return
Just enter your order number along with either your email address or shipping postcode to begin. Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.
