Return Costs & Charges
If you're returning an item due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Please also note, any duties or taxes paid at checkout are passed straight to your local customs authority and therefore can’t be refunded by Alf the Label. You’ll find a breakdown of these charges in your checkout summary or confirmation email.
For customers in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United States:
Once your return is submitted through our Returns Portal, you’ll be provided with a prepaid shipping label. The cost of this label will simply be deducted from your refund amount, no need to pay upfront.
For customers in all other countries:
Unfortunately, our returns platform isn’t able to generate prepaid labels in some regions, so you’ll need to arrange and pay for return shipping through a trusted postal service of your choice.
We do recommend using a tracked service to help ensure your parcel arrives back to us safely, as we're unable to process refunds or exchanges for items that don’t make it to our warehouse.
