Is the Mid-year Sale available worldwide?
Our Mid-year Sale is currently available in all regions excluding the USA & Canada.
We run different promotional periods across regions throughout the year to align with seasonal events. To ensure you never miss a future promotion available in your region, we recommend joining our email list to be the first to know.
When does the sale start?
Our Mid-year Sale starts on Tuesday June 16th, 2026 at 12pm AEST.
Strictly for a limited time only, while stocks last.

When does the sale end?
Our Mid-year Sale ends on Monday the 22nd of June at 11.59pm AEST

What should I do to prepare?
For a quick and smooth checkout once the sale commences, we recommend setting up your customer account, including checking your email and postal addresses are correct.
Then browse through your favourite pieces and add them to your cart. Note, items in your cart aren't secured until you complete checkout.
Once the sale starts, refresh your cart to ensure the discounts are live and act quickly to secure your dream pieces.
Note, due to both technical and location restraints we are unable to change or cancel orders once they are placed.
What will be on sale?
Our Mid-year Sale will offer 20-60% off sitewide!
The only items that won't be included in the sale are Gift Cards and items on Pre-order.
Remember all pieces are strictly while stocks last and many popular pieces are expected to sell out quickly.
Do I need a coupon code?
No, all applicable discounts will be added automatically, unless specified otherwise.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel or make amendments to an order after it has been placed.
If your postal address needs amending we recommend contacting your postal carrier once you receive your shipping notification.
Can I return my order?
Items purchased during our Mid-year Sale are eligible for change of mind returns for Store Credit only, unless marked as Final Sale. Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
Items purchased as part of a Bundle or Gift Set cannot be returned individually and must be returned together.
What if my favourite piece is sold out?
We suggest placing your order quickly as our most popular pieces are likely to sell out, and many styles will not be returning.
Remember, items placed in your cart aren't reserved until you complete your purchase and may sell out.

Can I use my welcome coupon or another discount code?
Any additional discounts or coupon codes will not be valid during this time.
What if I bought something before the sale started?
As a small boutique business, we are unable to refund the difference of a purchase made before the beginning of a sale.
We do aim to let our Alf community know, when possible, of major sales at least one to two days prior, so we suggest joining our email list to be the first to know of any future sales.
When will I receive my order?
During high volume dale periods orders may require up to one week to dispatch, and your order may be delivered in multiple shipments from one of our 2 global fulfilment centres.

Why did I only receive part of my order?
At times we may ship from different warehouses, and dispatch your order as a split shipment, to ensure your pieces reach you as quickly as possible. We'll send you a delivery email with tracking information for each parcel once it departs.
