What is the Warranty Policy?
We’re proud of the quality and craftsmanship behind every piece in our range. Each item is carefully checked by our quality assurance team before it leaves our hands, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help!
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, within 12 months of purchase, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
What counts as a manufacturing fault?
A manufacturing fault is classified as a product that is unable to be used in its intended manner and refers specifically to failure of hardware or workmanship.
A couple of things to keep in mind:
- Natural markings and slight variations in genuine leather are completely normal and part of what makes each piece unique, they’re not considered manufacturing faults.
- Our warranty doesn’t cover wear and tear from regular use or damage caused by misuse.
