Import Duties and Taxes

For orders delivered to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, and the Philippines, any applicable import duties and taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

You won’t need to pay any additional import fees when your order arrives.

If you are contacted by the courier and asked to pay import charges for an order shipping to one of these countries, please reach out to our team at [email protected] and we’ll help resolve this for you.

For all other international destinations, import duties and taxes are not included at checkout. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected directly by the shipping carrier upon delivery. As duties and import taxes vary depending on the country and value of your order, we recommend checking with your local customs office if you’d like more information before purchasing.

Refused Shipments

If an international order is refused by the customer upon delivery, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us. These costs will come out of any potential refund you may receive due to the returned item and will be deducted from your refund once the parcel is returned to us.

Change of Mind Returns – Duties and Taxes

Please note that for change of mind returns, import duties and taxes are non-refundable, as these charges are paid directly to your local customs office and are not collected or retained by Alf the Label.
