Dispatch Location and Processing Times
Orders are processed and shipped on weekdays from our Sydney warehouse within 48 hours via Australia Post or DHL Express. During peak selling periods, there may be occasional delays in dispatch and delivery.
Tracking Updates
Shipping and tracking information will be emailed to you once your item has been dispatched. If you have an enquiry about your order after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact Australia Post or DHL Express directly with your tracking number. Lost, Misdelivered, or Delayed Shipments
Alf the Label is not liable for lost or delayed shipments once an order has been shipped. Should a parcel be delayed, please contact the postal provider for assistance.
