RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
To return your Alf item, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The return is processed by the customer within 30 days of receipt of order (No returns will be accepted after the 30-day window has passed)
- The item is returned with proof of purchase
- If the item was purchased as part of a Bundle, Gift Set, or Carabiner Capsule and received the 10% discount, all items purchased must be returned together
- The item was not final sale
- The item is returned in its original condition: unused, unwashed, tags attached, in the protective dust bag, and with any "fill" included
- The item is not a gift voucher
Change of Mind Return shipping costs are at the customers expense.
Once the item has been returned to us, our team will review the item to ensure it meets the condition for return. Refunds can only be processed back to the original method of payment, this includes gift cards.
RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS
All items purchased on Final Sale are not eligible for change of mind return, unless in the event the item is deemed faulty. For items purchased during a specific sale or promotional period, please refer to the promotion-specific Terms & Conditions to see if your purchase will be eligible for return.
PREFECTLY IMPERFECT ITEMS
Perfectly imperfect items are not eligible for return, refund or change of mind, unless the item is found to have a functional fault which was not outlined in the product description.
RETURN LABEL
Depending on your location, a return label will either be generated for you when lodging your return, or you’ll be prompted to arrange return shipping directly. You’ll be notified of the applicable method during the return process.
DUTIES & TAXES
Please note that any duties or taxes paid at checkout or upon delivery are non-refundable if you choose to return your items.
PACKAGING RETURNS
When packing returns, we ask that you pack your items appropriately in a postage box or original packaging to protect the contents and ensure items are received by Alf the Label in their original condition. Failure to do so may result in damage to the contents and your return unable to be accepted by Alf the Label.
LOST OR DAMAGED RETURN PARCELS
Alf the Label is not liable for any lost or damaged packages in transit during the returns process.
