Please reach out to our team via email with the following details so we can look into it for you:

• Full name
• Email address
• Order number
  If your item was purchased through one of our wholesale partners/stockists, you'll need to organise your return directly with them.
• Proof of purchase
  An order confirmation email or receipt is perfect. If it was a gift, just let us know the name and contact details of the person who purchased it.
• 2-3 clear photos
  Please include close-ups of the fault from different angles, plus one photo of the full item so we can match it to your order.
