- Order number
If your item was purchased through one of our wholesale partners/stockists, you'll need to organise your return directly with them. - Proof of purchase
An order confirmation email or receipt is perfect. If it was a gift, just let us know the name and contact details of the person who purchased it. - 2-3 clear photos
Please include close-ups of the fault from different angles, plus one photo of the full item so we can match it to your order. - A quick description of what’s going on
